Sullivan+ is an app provided by TUAT Inc. designed to improve accessibility for visually impaired and low vision users. The app leverages smartphone camera capabilities to provide assistance in various scenarios:

 <li>AI Mode: Automatically identifies optimal results from captured photos.</li>
 <li>Text Recognition: Recognizes text within images and converts it into spoken words.</li>
 <li>Face Recognition: Identifies individuals in images, providing information such as age and gender.</li>
 <li>Image Description: Generates descriptive sentences about objects in the user's surroundings.</li>
 <li>Color Recognition: Determines colors in live scenes, offering both single-color and full-color modes.</li>
 <li>Light Brightness: Measures ambient lighting conditions through the front camera.</li>
 <li>Magnifying Glass Function: Enlarges, reduces, or color-inverts objects or text using the camera zoom feature.</li>
</ol>

This comprehensive app has received the App Accessibility (MA) Certification. Users are required to grant access to specific device features for functionality:

 <li>Storage: Temporary image storage for analysis purposes.</li>
 <li>Phone Call: Initiate video calls to selected contacts from the address book.</li>
